J-Man's Spritesheets

I told you once and I will tell you again, They look awesome..GJ
a little too small for RMXP to my taste but they will fit perfectly into rm2k3 .

You should take the black background off, J-man. I was first thinking that it all looked really good, but on closer inspection (with help from removing the black background), I noticed that your lineart is extremely untidy and so forth. If your line art is messy or too detailed (messy with a potential purpose), then your sprites will be poor. For example, the rock man's arms are extremely confusing and I have no idea what is going on with them. The kobold and humans are the best of your work, so I suggest you concentrate on fixing them up and practicing with those. You've got a foot in the door with what I see here, so you have the potential to make some really good sprites.

Remember, the simpler the design, the easier it is to animate. Your colour choices seem pretty solid from what I can see. It's promising to spot people using hot and cold mixes to create a sense of lighting. Also, it's clear that you have a sense of human anatomy and how it works in pixel art. The weak areas is the over detailing on the lineart/shading and also where your lightsource shines from. Don't be afraid to have light shine right next to the edges of your sprite.

@Green Raven - Thx once again XDDD. But if I use photoshop to increase their size, then they'd be more useful in rmxp. :D

@TheInquisitor - I am more experienced in makin' humans because I spent more time on them then monsters, and I'm still at a beginner level for making monsters still... so it gets a bit hard and frustrating sometimes to do some of the monsters like my Kraken Sprite... >.>;;;

But the big thing I still need to improve on is the shading, so I will be trying my hardest to get the spriting better and better.
