Items that influence item and exp rates.

I was wondering if someone could make or direct me to a link where you can manage your own armor so that when you win in a battle, your character gets a certain % of exp. (Much like the EXP Plus accessory in Final Fantasies where it doubles the exp gained.)

Also if it's possible that it can have one for items too for instance an accessory that doubles the chance for items.

This would be a great script if it was made. Please create or direct for me.
