Item menu as only menu

Alright, i;m not a scripty person, so i cant figure this out myself,
so if you could help, that would be appreciated.

If i wanted the item menu as my only menu, how would i do that?
As in, when i press esc, it dosnt go to the default, it goes to the items.

if you could help me with this, i would be very grateful.:thumb:
