Is there a way to get events lined up with the tileset? (Solved)

So, I wanted to make the insides of my buildings match the outsides of my buildings.
So, what I did was made a custom character set with the tiles from the RTP.  This allowed me to make them semi-transparent.  The problem I am having is, that all events are placed on the map 4 pixels higher then the tilesets.  Is there anyway to move them down, or do I have to make tilesets that are 2x the height (total waste of space) and position them accordingly?
