Is there a phone number I can call to contact Enterbrain?

My mom bought my RMXP serial number for me, but Enterbrain charged her three times. (There was an error page the first two times saying it didn't work.) If there's no way to call Enterbrain, she's going to lose a lot of money.

You can always contact your credit card company as a last resort, and get the last 2 payments reversed. Try at least emailing them first though.
