How to make an iPad game on the iPad? I want to make an iPad game on the iPad and not use any computer. I know you can but I don't know how. I want to make a game like call of duty, minecraft, gta, or something like that not a little arcade game like pacman. I can only spend $20 on an app though.

No such app exists and the day you can develop complete games on the target machine is the day that the target machine gets expandable components, so you will never be able to achieve this on any platform besides the PC.
