Increase character sprite size

How can i make the size for one character sprite inrease. Like when you make a new actor and you are selecting the little pic. I want to be able to make it bigger. Basically i want an enemy as an ally.

Well, you haven't said which program you are using, but it's actually pretty simple.

There is no limit on character sprite size. So all that you'd have to do would be to resize the graphic in an art program. (Bear in mind, of course, that this will make it blurry.)

Anyway, yeah, if you want to have a full-sized dragon in the party, just select that full-sized dragon from the charset. There's absolutely nothing stopping you.

Im using VX. I cant just resize it cuz even if i do when i chose the sprite from the database edtor it just comes up in little square or wierd shaped squares.

Ah... VX might handle things differently. Which won't improve my opinion of it, I confess...
