Importing Sprites into VX

Okay so I've been surfing around the net for like an hour and just figured out how to convert XP sprites into VX (not that that's what I was looking for but I thought it might help me understand my problem)

My problem is though that I'm making my own sprites and I want them 2-3 times larger than either of those sprites but when ever I try to import them they come all chopped up and even the converter I use doesn't help much (it does a little, but not really)

I hope I'm being clear (also sorry for all the 'Help!' threads, I feel bad everytime I make one TT.TT)

So what can I do? ♥?

Oh also here is a screenshot of the program I am useing. Is there another one better than this that could fix my problem or?

♪ Also if anyone would like or be willing to add either my msn or yahoo (my screen names are in my profile) in order for me to contact you for help when I have a question. I may add a character created by you into my game ^.^ Just thought I'd throw that out there so I don't have to keep creating threads or have to wait a day or 2 for an answer. ♪

I dont think you can honestly (thats wat I think...Vx is sorta strange like that) but im not sure

email: shots_of_rainbow@yahoo.com (I use Xp but I have some experience in Vx cuz i used it for a while before I realized all the restrictions and lack of resources it had) I would love to be any help I can.^_^

So I read that and the only thing I got from it is hat it is possible. Not how TT.TT. So now that I've done what do I do second? I've surfed the net for like 2 hours trying to find a way but always come up empty.

Also is there away with code to achieve a running and walking animation. So when the person pressing the sprint button a different sprite is initiated showing the character running?

- If you add "!" at the beginning of the file name, the 4 dots slide function will not be applied. The half transparent effect of "the bush attribute" won't be applied, either.
- This function is used mainly for the characters of the map objects, such as doors or treasure boxes.
- You can also use one file for one character by putting "$" in front of the file name. In this case, the size of one character will be 1/3 of the width, 1/4 the height of one file.
- Special letters can be used together.
As for I know, Mack's VX characters are a bit larger than VX RTP characters, so bigger ones can be possible. However, I don't know something huge can be possible, but, you can make a sprite file(not sprite sheet), then add '$' in front of the file name.
