Importing Final Fantasy Tiles...

I want to use Final Fantasy IV Advance tiles for the fan game I am making but there is an obvious size difference between those and RMXP tiles. My question is how do I use the FFIVA tiles in it? I ask this because I know Bwd is using normal Fire Emblem tiles for his FE games he is making in this program so I figured it must be possible.
And in case you are misinterpreting what I am saying, I am not ask how to import stuff into the database.

If I remember correctly Final Fantasy IV tiles are 16 x16 (pixels)
RMXP tiles are 32 x 32 (pixels)

So just open up a pixeling program and double each of the sides that should work
