Important basic newbie question about scripts

I'm kinda getting pissed off man!! i have been doing these for 2 days straight.. How the hell can i get those scripts working?? The one you have been posting here at the forums...The programming language or vx language is just tough for me.. I tried this one and this and that..

Ruby isn't that hard it's truly one of the easier languages to start with :wink:. Alright, first off not sure if you know this but don't mix ABS(advance battle system) scripts. Just want that clear even though it doesn't sound like that's what you're doing. Second refer to the RGSS/RGSS2 Support FAQ for script installation instructions. If it's still unclear or are having trouble let us know and we'll try to help you out further.

What will you edit?... Not sure what you mean by that. But any script editing requires one of two things. Good requesting skills or knowledge of programming. VX has a built in code editor that's pretty easy to use highlights syntax but has very limited debugging capability.
