I'm not sure if this goes here, but, how do you make a weapon give you a skill?

um, but, the question is kind of the title,
well, actually, there's another thing as well.

1. um, how do you make a weapon give you a skill when you equip it? I found a topic on it before, but I really just cannot find it again. please help!

2. And um, how do you decide how much an enimie/skill/weapon, will hit? What if you want it to hit 20s, but it starts out by hitting 50s?
please Help!

If anyone could help, I would be really thankfull!
Thanks in advanks!

If you notice the trigger, it's a parallel process, which means it should work throughout the entire game.  In other words, the conditional branch will be active at all times.

As for damage dealt, you must keep in mind that damage is equal to weapon strength plus character strength minus enemy defense.  The percentages might not be 100% for the character strength and enemy defense, but this is why the attack is stronger than you set it.  You'll have to play around with the weapons stats, character strength, and enemy defense to get what you want.
