[ICONS] My first icons...

Here are some of my first icons I made for a game I'm making for kids (my sister and my cousins) If you can't tell, they're color-coded. Green is for equipment, yellow is for standard items, and blue and purple are for helpful/hurting skills respectively.

If you do use them (unlikely, but I can dream) I would please appreciate credit.

The color coding idea is nice. But it looks like you just took standard rtp icons (except for the star) and darkened them. I may be wrong, though...

It does kind of look like that at first but they are definitely not the same as the RTP icons. Well done; I prefer different icons for every item/skill but they're still nice.

Thanks for the replies guys. I know why you think they are just colored-in standard icons though. :D To tell you the truth, I used another set of icons, and used them as more a guideline for shape (because I can't sprite well without reference) So I did use a reference, but I assure you, all work is original.

Normally I prefer having an individual icon for each item, but I did this for my side-project game for a few reasons (1) It's a simpler way of telling just what an item is for younger ones. (2) There are a ton of different items, some of which are very odd, and I couldn't find a matching style of icons that incorporated all of the items I needed. (3) It gave me the opportunity to try doing an original icon. :P
