I need some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi peoples I'm new to rpg maker and rmxp.org. I am making a game with rmxp and there are some scripts I need but I don't know how to use.Here is a list and if anyone knows where to find them please post.THANKS!!!

-where a name is put in the text box
-face set
-non animeted side view battle
-self sizing text boxes
-puting images in text boxes

This is basicly stuff from aveyond,but I still like them.
