I need help with ParaDog's CTB

I'm not familiar with Paradog's CTB but...

Try editing the charset of the ghost in any image editing program (even paint would work) and cut out everything except one picture of the ghost facing to the right...resize the image to be about the size of the 1 ghost and then re-save it and put it in your battlers folder.

I'm guessing the CTB only wants pictures of the enemies, not animated enemies, but I havn't used it so I don't know for sure.

No offense, but if you're not familiar with something you aren't the best person to give advice about it.

What side-view battler script you're using? Paradog's uses default battler for monsters.(using walking sprite is for actors only) If you want to use walking sprites or any other custom battler sheet for monsters, you can use DerVVulfman's. If you're already using DerVVulfman's 'Minkoff's animated battler enhanced', you'll need to set up your battler correctly.

What Kemuri said works on this script so there no need to tell him that after he's helping you. This script like Landarma said uses the battler for the enemy not the charaset so make as Kemuri said edit the charaset of the monster and use the one facing to the right.

Also no offense, but if your asking for advice you really shouldn't be turning down any that you get.

Yeah, I did that, now I have another problem. Now during the fights, the heros are always looking downwards, and it looks really odd seeing them scuttle around like crabs. In the Side View Battle script, I have party_pos set to 1, so they look left, but they still look downwards.

OK, I switched to the Rye CBS Starter Pack, works like a charm. Another small question, though. Is there a way to disable/reenable the caterpillar script in that pack, like maybe via a switch?
