i need help! i know this is going to sound stupid but......how do you use.... autotiles, ok so i founda autotile that Venetia made, it is so cool! but i want to make a under water city and need that autotile but what i need to know is how do use it? do i just use the reg water tile or do i do something else ??? i realy need you help

Uh...More info..What auto tile and what tile set are you useing?

For an underwater city, just make a regular city and add the Water fog to it, and maybe some blue screen tint.

great ideas guys but thats not what i mean, the autotile is a Transparent water tile and i want to use that autotile.

Okay, first import the tileset, or save a copy of that tileset in the Graphics/Autotiles folder. Then open your Database (F9). Go to the Tilesets tab. Scroll down and select your town or whatever tileset you want to use it in. Then where it says Autotiles, select one of the empty slots (if you don't have any empty slots, you'll have to replace an autotile) and click the arrow. A menu will appear, and you want to select the water autotile-- and you're done. Go to your map and try using the autotile. Hope that helped,
