I need help getting it going.

Everytime I open it up, I get the "Cannot find trial code from n Titles" or something, and then it will shut down.  How do I fix this?

Are you using XP or VX? That's important.
This also might be because of a problem with validation. You're using the official version? Has the trial period expired?

have rpg maker XP, and I took it from download.com, and I just got it a few minutes ago.
