Hey, since this is about a website, I'm gonna move it to the web development board. We normally frown on people advertising their stuff, but if you're looking for feedback on the layout or whatever, that's fine. The main thing that jumps out at me is that the background is really distracting and makes the text hard to read.
Also, just so you know, if you forget something, you can edit it into your post instead of double-posting. That said, we don't really care if you double-post.

I'll make this short, because I don't have much time, but you need to add Web 2.0 concepts, user-oriented interface, and that sort of stuff. Also, simplicity is usually best. It makes for a cleaner slate. For instance, that looping, random background image really shouts lack of experience.

I mean, ok, you understand some web concepts, some html, how to make backgrounds and such. But your website is quickly put together, untested for mistakes..
The layout is broken (menu buttons at the top) but I would imagine this is because it's webs.
Sure continue with it, it's cool that you're learning things, but really this hasn't had the time or effort put into it to be asking us our opinions which is what makes it seem to quote "nube"ish.
