I need a visual epuipment script.

I have seen one before, but it was for SDK 1.5, I have 2.2. I need one that works with my SDK. Please and thank you. Oh, and it can't be to difficult...
 
Bad news...

I got word that Me(tm) may have temporarily dropped out of RMXP. It was he that did the SDK Visual Equipment system.

It could be college-related, but after Netplay's site was hacked and such...
 
Hey... you may wanna consider this, as Me(tm) liked the idea I gave him...

Custom graphics per actor... sort of like this:

  • Shirt01 (a regular shirt in the archive)
  • Shirt01_Aluxes (a regular shirt, customized for actor #1)
  • Shirt01_Dorothy (a regular shirt for actor #4, Dorothy)
The system would assume that the character is using the first, but takes a look to see if the actor has a custom graphic assigned. The drawback to using the actor's name is that you'd not be able to change the character's name in-game (unless you save the 'original' pre-changed name somehow :D)

So even various sized characters can have similar graphics. I did that for Visual Battlers.
 
It will work like this:

<character_name>_shirt01 (this being the sprite that appears on the map)
If this file isn't found, it will look for just Shirt01

I have already talked with DerVV about priorities, and plan to make this system be actually part of 3 systems, but I am not going to say much. Saving for a surprise. :)
