I need a script that allow to Mix items to create new one

I am making a game andi have an alchemist class...

I need a script that i could mix item to make another one...

Like apple and red potion Mixed together that gives High potion.. (that high potion would be in the rpg maker item list)

I have searched all the forum i did not find anything about it

Hum i already found that one... but i just need a script that i can choose items to mix...

i could choose apple.. it would put apple on the let screen then mix other items..
and then choose mix button....

i really need that
