REQUEST NAME - Earthbound Text for VX

In my game that I am creating, I am in dire need of a text system similar to Earthbound's text system. The text system in unique, in that the text pauses and or speeds up in certain parts to make it seem like the person is talking. It also has a small beeping noise that is created when every letter is spelled out, excluding spaces. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to recreate this in VX, so I'm requesting it. It'd be really nice to get it filled.
