I can't test and play games in rpg maker xp anymore O_o

Hello i hope i'm in the right section but i really didn't know where to ask about this weird problem...Suddendly the enter button stopped to work in rmxp games,i can still edit game,add events,etc and in editor enter work normal...
but when i wanna test it,or also if i wanna play another game,i can't,i'm stucked on the title screen cause enter don't work and i can't select new game,continue or shutdown,arrows still work but i can do nothing.I tried reinstalling rpg maker xp but nothing it seems enter button wont work anymore.Someone know what's happening?

Does the enter button work with other software? Have you tried using the Space Bar, which is mapped to the same in-game key as Enter?

Answers to both of these questions would help us figure out what's up, and why it isn't working for you.

No,enter don't work with other softwares,i not even installed nothing new in last days.
Yes,i tried press all buttons only arrows seem working.

I'm not sure if this can help but if can,all started after a long and suddendly blackout and i got some
processor and windows xp critical error message when blackout ended and i turned pc on again,but for the rest enter button work normal as always.

Now you're making even less sense than before. If you open Microsoft Word, or anything like that, does the Enter key work? If it doesn't, it means that the problem is likely to be your keyboard. If the Enter key works on those, but not on RMXP, then you might have something else going on. As I suggested, try the Space Bar, since that should do the same thing as the Enter Key in RMXP. If that doesn't work either, try pressing F1 while you have the game running, and reset the key configuration to default. If that doesn't help, then you'll have to provide more information, in understandable English.

I tried with spacebar and was no working,the problem was that in editor enter was
working good,but when i did test game,can't press on new game ,continue or shutdown,
Anyway i did a system restore this morning and now work good again.For precaution
i resetted keys with f1 anyway.I hope that will not happen again because i really don't know
what happened.
