How well are you able to make friends with women? If you're looking at women as potential romantic interests, you've already lost. Most successful relationships are built upon an existing solid friendship, but whatever you do, make sure you don't ruin an already good friendship by coming on too strong. Lets things take their natural course and things will eventually fall into place for you. I've been in your situation, and the problem was my attitude, rather than anything else.
I'd also advise you to look outside your religion and be a bit more flexible on the breast issue. You might very well be passing up many great girls because they're not Christian or not well endowed.
Good luck, by the way. Make sure you don't get too down on yourself, and keep building strong friendships. You don't want a romantic relationship built on a shallow base.

I have many friends who are women. I have no problems making friendships.
Women like balls. Women like when you walk up to them and say it and then back it up.
Sometimes you will fall flat on your face. But simple glances from a distance wont due, and siphoning off of the girls you meet from friends and other dudes girlfriends wont work long.
You have to HIT ON them. But you have to do it the way that you would, or else it doesn't work, naahmean?
Listen, I'm kind of drunk here. But I recently learned. that. women. like. guys. who say it. I am a poet, i wrote a girl a poem, i thought it was really good. she never called me. i make girls playlists, yadda yadda, spoon feed it to them. they don't bite. You just have to do it. You just have to say, I want that girl, and then walk over to her and ask her on a date. That's just how it is.
I understand if it's not your thing. I don't like to act like women are objects or that they like being come onto in public places when they're doing random things. But goddamnit, you just have to do it. Just go over there and say "Listen, you wanna go somewhere with me? I like you"

You need to lower your standards. The biggest thing that attracts women is the scent of other women. You need to let them in slowly, just be yourself and when the time is right ask them out on a date. Not to be your girlfriend but to go out on a date. Don't overly court them either. If they know you really want them, they will think they can have you anytime. But don't just settle for someone you don't like.
