Huuuge Problem

I'm trying to install a game (Fahrenheit, a.k.a. Idigo Prophecy), but can't. Whenever I try, these messages come up:

"The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine. If available, please run ISScript.msi, or contact your support personnel for further assistance."

and

"Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components."


I have searched on the internet and downloaded ISScript.msi. I seem to have installed it, but nothing's happening whatsoever, I keep getting the same messages and I just don't understand why. No install paths work. Has anyone got a (simple) solution to this? It's really doin my head in at the mo.

All the Google results have different solutions, none of which work for me. Also, I have no knowledge of command prompts or coding whatsoever, so I would greatly appreciate help on this one.

Are there any other games of yours that aren't working, or did you do any recent work on your computer(Hardware or Software)?

Hmmm......call Farenheit's Company tech line....its Atari, the number should be in there somewhere.
