html problems with 'src'

I'm having a problem with an image I want to show.

I'll make a diagram so you can understand :

- MAIN FOLDER

index.htm
mypicture.png
- SECOND FOLDER

somewebpage.htm​

Here we go :
I would like to show 'mypicture.png' (which is in the main folder) on my page 'somewebpage.htm' (which is in the second folder within the main folder).

Is there a way to do it?

The directory `..' means go back one directory.
