How to respawn events with a time script (e.g., mining ore, cutting herbs)

I'm using Kylock's Time System script. It's found in Mr. Mo's ABS.

I want the player to collect plants to make potions, but I also want the plants to respawn. I want it to happen every day at 0600 (6 am) game time. I can set that up in the event, but the problem is once I'm off that map the plants won't spawn at that time. So if I cut a plant at 5:59, leave the map and come back at 6:01 the plant doesn't respawn.

Is there anyway to make all the plants know to respawn at that time even when I'm off the map?

Yes. Once the player has interacted with the event, switch Self Switch A on. Then, on a second page, make the requirment Self Switch A. Then, make it a parallel process, and have it "Wait: Seconds you want". Then, switch local switch A off. It will reload the first page. Parallel processes work while they are off screen, too.

EDIT: Oh, time based events? I have no idea how to do that.

EDIT 2: You could set it up as a common event, they run on all maps. Make the trigger parallel process, and the trigger switch blah blah. Then just implement it with that.
