How to lock file Game.ini

I want to make the file Game.ini un-editable, so that no one can edit the title of my game, someone please help me, thank you (^^)

Unfortunately, unless you reprogrammed the game to look elsewhere for the title, you can't achieve this. .ini files are impossible to permanently lock in Windows. (Unless they are poisoned files, in which case they don't function because they aren't really .ini files.)

Once again, .ini files can't be encrypted and still be useable in Windows. They're essentially overblown .txt files. My recommendation is just redirecting the project to look for a name in a different place. (Like within the scripts) No, I don't know how to do it. I think it might require some use of an external file, like the win32API scripts for resolution use a default Windows file.
