How to get ATB battle system?

I am looking for tutorial or ready script to make ATB Battle system for RPG maker XP.
There is a good example in youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HEYr2rAt7M) of what kinda script i am looking for.

There are a few things for VX.. only a side-view is available.
