How to customize the window looks?

Like the subject says.. How do you customize the window looks?
Like changing the color, or the border?

Say like.. I'm going to change every window in the game background color to white, and I want the border thicker plus its color to red. Which part in the RGSS should I edit and where can I find it?

It's a graphic called a window skin, it is not affected by RGSS.

So.. how to change it? Do I have to make a new graphic and put it in certain folder?

Sorry I'm very newb at this.. I dont have any Idea to change a window looks..

I actually just started a tutorial that answers a bunch of common questions here.  Check out the Titles, Tilesets, Windowskins, etc. section.  I believe that's what you're looking for.

The blue big one is background, am I right?
but all things on the right.. I dont know what their means.  :crazy:

Top: The border. Not sure what the arrows are.
Middle-Left: The menu coursor (Can't spell it right.).
Middle-Right: Those appear in battle when it's your turn.
Bottom: Target coursor.

That's actually the sign you see below your textbox. In this case, a arrow moving up and down.
