How do you add a downloaded tileset to your rmxp?

I saw a link in the tutorial archive but the link was dead. So can anyone please tell me ?

Just put it into the tilesets folder of your project.

e.g: D:\RPMXP\(Your Project's Title)\Graphics\Tilesets\
