How do I play an AVI,MPEG,as a cutscene in RPG maker XP?

I've been looking on this site for over an hour... and I can't find anything about it.

I recall that in RPG maker 2000, you could do something like this...

I'm kinda new to the forum experience... soooo...

An answer or a link to an answer in a differnt thread would be useful.
