How do I force a character to not be able to move for TIME LIMIT? (RESOLVED)

How do I force a character to not be able to move until a song completes?

and

How do I force a character to not be able to move until (TIME LIMIT) is acquired? (Example 30 seconds)
 
Shouldn't take a script-- you can use the Change Move Route command, and make the player Wait, for example... or just use an Autorun event, and make sure the event continues for the length of the song.

Well i have a character in my game that plays piano, and if you choose yes to hear the song i want it to force the character to wait until the song ends (27 second song)

how many frames is approx. 1 second?

and how would i force it to wait until the song finished?
