How do I display only one actors info?

In my last topic I asked for help with my ABS HUD, but figured it out, but this one I can't:
How do I display only one actors hp, mp, state, and face?
And how do I display a battler for a character in my HUD?
If you could help your username will be in my game credits.

EDIT: Without the script it's gonna be hard to fix that :P
