How do I create a command window successfully?

Hi!

Well I still have some problems with a script I'm creating (yes, it's the Allied, Neutral & Enemy Towns) from scratch.

1. The command window makes the menu window disappear. What should I do to prevent this situation?
2. When the command window shows up, it blinks for a while... Why does that happen?
3. Why don't the command/allied/neutral/enemy windows disappear when I hit B (Escape or X button)?
