How do I change the color and frames of the message box?

You mean... like... the Windows Skin? Instead of having it blue, having it some other color?

Yeah, he means Windowskins.
You can edit them in a paint program and make them look however you want. Check the download manager for some good ones.

On an additional note, if you get new WS, you can change them in the database. Just go the system tab and look for the section (of course, after importing it)
