How do i change my character that i start out as?

I am not sure why the people here get so annoyed when people who are new to the program ask questions because they havent the slightest clue on how to do something and because you do, you complain because the new people don't know how to do somethings on the program 
if you spent more than ten seconds looking at the program you would have your answer and wouldn't need to ask anyone. instead of having this forum hold your hand through the entire game making process why don't you try to teach yourself how to do things? i can guarantee it will help more than asking questions in the long run

lolipownyou, please take a look at some of the tutorials on the forum and they should help with learning some of the basic aspects of the program. Also, please look through each tab in the Database and through each page in the Event window and that will help a lot with learning the program. There are a lot of features and it can be overwhelming to start with. Use the Actors tab to modify the main characters in the game, and the System tab to modify the starting characters.

See the initial party list?
Click on an Actor. The options "Edit" or "Delete" will appear. If you want fewer than four characters, Delete somebody. If you want to change who a character is, hit "Edit." If you want to change the name, appearance, whatever of an Actor, go to the Actors tab and change things.
...if that does not work, you have a bad copy, possibly an illegal copy.
Also, I do try to help the new and clueless, but this one is really pretty basic even for that.

Thanks, but i can only play as the character whhich i do not delete, so if i want to change my character i have to delete all the other onesUnka Josh":35mwbxmj said:

You can play as more than one character, but you can only see one on the screen at a time because a 4 people group on a 2 dimensional screen is to crowded.

You can delete all the characters from the system tab, create a totally blank Initial Party, then click on it and select any actor.
Really.
You aren't deleting the actors from the database if you hit "Del" to remove a slot from the initial party, unless you then go over to the Actors tab and delete the actor entirely, which I did not tell you to do.
I'm trying to be helpful, but seriously, sir or ma'am as the case may be, I think that you need to figure out how the most basic functions work on your own. Track down tutorials or play with the game some and figure out how things work.
