Taking a close look at the character, i like the way you dressed it but the blue color is too dark imo, makes the belt hard to see, i suggest making that a bit more light (mainly the darkest pixels).
The hair i think is too desaturated, while the shine on the hair is right it goes too far off to the right imo (like the light is coming from above instead of the top left), last thing is that there's too much shadow under the hair, keep it to two lines max i say, i may be wrong in some things, hope someone else can help you out too.
