Well it's good apart from the fact that he looks like he has no neck and his coller is covering his face.
and its horribly pillow shaded.

remember that there is a "top down" view, so the collar wouldn't look at all like that, wrong perspective, and his pants would probably be over his shoes.

I don't like his collar it makes him look like he has his shoulders always up or something The pants also looks like, how should I put it, he's stepping on them or something?

I don't think anythings too wrong about the length of the pants. Thats a stylistic choice on your part. It just it may look odd to some people because of how it doesn't overlap the foot more in the front. I agree thought that the collar need work. I'm not sure what type of collar you're going for but it always helps to put the top of it one pixel away from the ear.

And no ,it's not pillow shaded.

You had the shading right on the collar the first time with the light along the upper edge. The way you have in now looks like there's two light sources, one on each side of his head.
I'm assuming he's wearing two layers. A tight shirt underneath and a baggy green sweater thing on top. It's strange since the top and bottom look loose but the middle is really tight. I would loosen up the middle section and do something with the gap so that it's not so straight.

If you lost the sleeves it would make a nice vest. But I like your design.

My bad, from the regular-sized image, it looked like parts were pillow shaded.

It still looks like the collar is coving up all of his neck and some of his jaw, it might help to move it down a pixel or two.

yep, that's better

I think the lines on his side make his armpits look high-up. like I said before, changing the shape of the gap would help but that's up to you since it's your design and I don't want to change it too much. But it'll definitely fold and crease in the walking frames.

I forgot to mention before, but the neck needs more shadow since that collar would be blocking a lot of the light.

Yeah, that looks great. I'd do a little more shading on the inside to separate the two layers and I think you got it!

The real challenge is completing the rest of the frames. Good luck!
