HK Pregnant Template

Whoops I knew I was forgeting to post this. So here's what I'm working on. This is a pregnant template for the Half Kaisers. It's really a combination of the regular female template mixed with a smallened version of the Chubby template. I'm not sure how it's coming out. I like the sideview pretty well except for the second walking animation. The front looks a little strange to me. So please if you guys could help me out on this that would be good seeing as I'm not as good as Showkasier and Tana. Don't be afraid to tell me what's wrong. I demand you people rip it apart!!

This is actually a pretty nifty idea. Having templates with "Disabilities" is something I've never thought of, really.

BTW - Not saying pregnancy is a disability, but you know >>

I think that there should be more shadow below the bely and in the legs expecialy in the front view...

Haha! You're gonna get a lot a girls yelling at you now, buddy! Well the idea behind it is well in all those olden-day times the wifey would stay home and take care of the kids and such so why not make her having a kid? Ya know? Might add more a sence of reality to it and such. I'll try to think of other template ideas later on. But for now this one is still off to me. So opinions please. :D

I think it's a nice idea too. But you should consider that pregnant women don't walk like "normal" people. And especially the HKs make very big steps, a pregnant woman weren't able to do that. But I guess that's kinda hard to change.

The belly in the front view needs to appear more bulbous.. a shine at the top, along with a bit of shadow to make it appear as if its protruding forward would make a lot of difference. The side view is really good, but as Sapphire said, pregnant women don't make giant strides like that.

It's a great idea- but I have the feeling that this won't be used much. If a game calls for a certain character to be pregnant, I think that it'd be easier to edit the character than make a whole new on a template.

It does seem cool, and a neat addition to the HK library, but I'm worried that it won't get much use.

Thanks guys for the advice. I'll try to play with the front view of her stomach tonight. I'm not about to change her walking pattern though... that's just a little too much for newbie me. But she wasn't orginally intended to be a main character but more or less used to be something for a NPC and add spice to them. Everyone always seems to focus on the party members and forgets the NPC are very much apart of the game too. Thought it could be a nice touch.

what the inquisitor means is that a pregnant woman (hopefully adult by that time) will be the most unpredictable thing you could ever imagine... even worse than PMS... sorry ladies... i know i'll get in trouble for this but i speak from first hand experience (my mom has had three kids in the past... 5 years er so...)

lol! Okay bigger boobies it is. I'm not going to make her butt bigger because well your butt doesn't get bigger when pregnant. If it does it's because the woman is just eating more and is more linked with weight gain than the actual pregnancy. I'll work on that and if it looks peachy I'll toss in a bigger boobs HK gal as well since it should be fairly easy to just plop it on the regular one.

Anyways tell me how the shading is now, please. :D

I could use this as a pregnant NPC, now if only you could do a pregnant teenager >_> Feel more like something modern day.

Shading looks better around the belly. But the side view belly button looks high up and too far off the center.

The hips in a woman widen when she reaches puberty. They don't all of a sudden get wider when she gets pregnant, you know.

On an average woman, the only parts of the body that radically change in size is the belly (obviously) and the breasts. However, the breasts don't increase in volume considerably until after the birth. After the baby is born, there's a noticeable 30% increase in volume because milk is being produced. If the woman doesn't nurse, that volume goes down in a matter of weeks.

So, I wouldn't really make any part of the template's body bigger than it is now.

The belly in the side view also looks fine, in my opinion.
