Well I got the inspiration from the Joeys from Bomberman which is based on a kangaroo, so I guess it's a fox kangaroo hybrid creature...

Well I am planning on having a whole lot of animations for these lil guys(infact they play a huge part in one of the major battles sometime in the game) so I could do the whole paw together thing, no problem. ^_^

Yeah that was one of my hardest things to decide on. I think making him sideview will be the hardest thing, but I have an idea where they are angled a certain way so they don't look so awkward, but we'll see when I sprite it...

Thanks man, I really appreciate that! Yeah to think that I used to pillowshade everything and thought it was good. Hopefully when I release something (hoping for the end of summer) people will like it... only time will tell though...

I have one thing that kinda catches my eye. If put a line on each side of the kitkit, it's tails tips would all hit it. I think it would look so much cooler with a little less uniform feel like that. After all, it is a wild animal (if you could call THAT wild.)

Other than that, it looks amazing. I'm totally envious.

True true, the tails do touch, I tried messing with the tails, but every attempt looked weird. So I just respaced the spritesheet so they wouldn't touch if you put them directly next to eachother.

I thought about that, but then I figured that when someone's riding it, it wouldn't look as smooth in game as if it was just walking. I'm planning on making it have special abbilities that you can use in certain battles, but I'll go into detail in that another time.

I'd have to sprite someone, but basically, they sit on the shoulders of the creature and the tails are kind of a cushion. I know it doesn't make any sense in this explanation, I'll just hafta' sprite it on and show it.. =D
