HI i need help with my Charcters

Hi in my game you start out with one character and you get other characters out throught the game very simplistic  but you automatically start with 4 how do i get rid of the other 3

In the Systems tab in the database, toward the top left is a list of starting party members. You can delete the ones you don't want or add others.

what would i do if i want to add other characters later on in the game

Use the "Change Party Member" in an event. Remember to uncheck the "Initialize" box if the actor is returning to the party (if he/she was in it before), or they'll go back to level 1.

Just a suggestion: To avoid asking simple questions in the future, open up RPG Maker, go to each event option and right click it and select 'What's this'. Do this for all the things in the system/skill/item/e.t.c. tabs as well, and you'll get a nice tutorial of all the things you can do.
