Help With Minkoffs

Here's the problem I am having:

I have installed Minkoffs for my game, but my enemies come us like the following:

I probably got a bad s/s as all you can see are the tips of the wings, but that's not what they always show. It shows different parts of the battler.

Now, I'm going to be using animated battlers when I can get them, this was just to make sure it works. Will the animated battlers work fine or is my code still in need of some tweaking.
