I find turning Phasing(Sorry, Through) ON, then OFF right before the jump fixes these errors. at least in RMXP it does... so

But if you use 'Ignore If Can't Move' then the tile if the tile in front of you is impassable then you won't jump at all, using Through On/Off makes sure the tile where you want to jump to is passable. At least for me it does...
Well, in that case, there's no need to fiddle about with Through. RMXP's Jump command automatically ignores all the tiles between the point of origin and the landing point, so leaving Through ON should be enough to keep your Arshes out of the trees.
