Help with an NPC walking event (XP)

I'm back with another (probably newbish) question. I've created an event in which the main character is supposed to talk to an NPC who then leaves the room. I've gone about this by eventing the NPC to move to the door and then disappear, by turning a switch on which leads to a new event page with no image and no instructions. For some reason, the NPC walks to the door but refuses to disappear. I have tried fixing this problem by using hero touch, parallel process and auto start triggers with no success. Below are screenshots of each page of the event.

Anyone who can help me gets 50 awesome points. They may not help in the real world, but they're still nice to have, right?
:)

Someone mentioned that to me yesterday in relation to a different problem. Strange thing is, I can't find that option anywhere in the menu... Here is a screenshot of Page 2 of my menu (where it should appear as far as I know)

Forgive me if I'm being a blind douchebag :P

odd... it should be where proceed with movement is.. hm... maybe its the same thing, just a different name? sounds like it would do the same thing... i dont know... try switching page 5 to actiion button, dont know if itll do anything though

You are using an illegal translation of RMXP, so the commands are most likely different to what the legal users tell you.
Proceed with movement on illegal translation = Wait until move completion on legal English

EDIT: To solve the problem, perhaps turn on the switch that activates the NPC's other commands after talking to the guy? At the moment it looks like it's just a character with dialogue and some inactive event pages behind it.

EDIT2: Also, last time I checked RMXP.org is heavily against endorsement of illegal software and such, I think translations come into that category, just watch out.

Damn, I bought this from an Amazon seller as well, I had no idea it was illegal :S
