help me name songs?

I heard these two songs recently that I liked but I have no idea who they are by or what their names are... help me out?

One is the song at the opening of Blue Streak with Martin Lawrence.

The other plays on certain Showtime commercials, generally the commercials showing all their original series and it says something like 'Hello my treacherous friends..' and I dunno the lyrics after that.
