help me get used to update

so the last rpg maker I used was 2003, a while ago, then I come back into it and guess what its been outdated by at least two rpg makers lol

so I need a few pointers to help me catch up

mostly I need like the command equivalents to like 'enter password', 'memorize BGM', and 'play memorized BGM'

Nobody's going to tell you something that you can find out in two seconds, if you use your eyes. They are there. If you are having trouble finding them, then look at each command individually. That simple.

I don't think RMVX has those features. Except for password. Just do 'Input Number' for a variable, and have the game check to see if that variable equals another.

If I remember right theres a script that add forgotten features such as 'Remember BGM' and such. As for 'Enter Password' create an actor named 'Password,' and put in a Name Input event for that actor to get a password input.
