HELP! Didn't get the activation E-mail/ from enterbrain!

I used the RMXP trial for 30 days,and now my dad bought RMXP or me.
Then it said: your activation code/product key(or something like that) will be send shortly.
But after like 2 hours i didn't get a mail.
I needed to go to bed.(i live in holland btw)
THe next day,no mail. Then the next day,nomail.
So we sent them(on that day) a mail asking when we'll get the code. An auto message said
An auto message said that we'll get an answer in 2 days. So now,2days later Not that mail and no activation code.

What the hell?
(and it's the right e-mail)

EDIT:I got the trial e-mail activation code in 1minute so,wtf?

Have you done anything like checking the spam box on the email account? Occasionally, something like an activation email is considered spam, and gets put in that box instead. If it isn't there, you'll have to go to a company called Protexis, which is the company that handles licensing and activation for RMXP and RMVX. Generally speaking, Protexis will be far more responsive than Enterbrain.

Protexis doesn't handle RPG Maker activation anymore; instead they had me contact support@rpgmakerweb.com for my question. Try that.

I did that with an older version but i want a legal copy.
anyways:

I e-mailed enterbrain with MY email instead of my dad's and i got a reply within 1 day. then i replied and got another reply. so I think my
dad will buy it again but with my e-mail
I think they have problems with my dads dutch e-mail adress
IF i still don't have my product key afer that and it's needed i'll ask you to reopen it again but for now it can be closed.
