Help! Can't Install RPG Maker XP

Today I was downloading RPG maker XP trial version from download.com. Then I extract it to a folder-clicked the folder, there was 2 folder named "Setup1" and "Setup2" with one unknown file named "SetupMenu". If I open the folder, there were some unknown files named "InstMsiA", "InstMsiW", and "Setup" with "Setup"-config setting-, and also "RTP Standard_102"-Windows Installer Package-. The other folder contain the same as the folder I opened but with "RPGXP_102a"-Windows Installer Package-. If I double clik those Windows Installer Package, a message appears:
=========================================
Windows Installer
=========================================
This installation package could not be opened Verify
that the package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a
valid Windows Installer Package.

[OK Button]

What should I do?

-Sorry if I have mispelling in some words or grammar. I'm not really good at it.

Yes, I've tried download it from it's official website "tk.cool.jp/en/..." or something like that before I tried from download.com.
Could you suggest me where should I download it?

I'm pretty sure you need to use the SetupMenu.exe file. It will open a menu that has the options "Install RGSS-RTP Standard" (choose that one first), "Install RPG Maker XP", and "Exit Setup Menu". When you choose the two options to the left, they will open the proper installer files. FYI, a .msi files is a "Microsoft Installer" file. In other words, a proper installation package uses one of those instead of a .exe file. (In this case, they used a .exe file as a "launcher" for the .msi files)

I've tried it also, but when I double-click the "SetupMenu.exe a message appear:
"Windows cannot access the sepcified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Ugh..what's wrong with my computer..
