HELP! - Blocking Areas

I wanna know how i can develop a vip system, i mean, blocking the teleport or whatever if the player isn't "VIP" or just has no a certain item or something like this...

has any1 a quickly tuto about this?

use a switch.

When switch _____ is off, then teleporter doesn't work. When switch ______ is on, teleporter works.

Conditional branch.

If character has VIP card (or is level 10 or whatever), then: transport player; else: Text = "Sorry, but you're not a VIP."

EDIT: Also this is in the wrong section. I was wondering why I could't find it.
