Hi, my name is shawn deprey and I am a pixel artist/programmer/web designer. You can see my company website here www.pixnorth.com. I have been running this business for just under a year now. On the side I LOVE to create games. One of my favorite tools is rpg maker xp because the entire engine and creator is right there for you. If I want to add scripts I can.

I tried RPG Maker VX and was kinda disappointed so I went back to XP and that's what led me to this forum! I am looking for groups of people interested in what I am, and to work along side them in all kinds of development. Once again the name is Shawn Deprey. Yeah, I dislike RMVX too, although I paid for the bugger !

XP just seems alot more compatible and easier for the graphical people, I mean, sure RGSS2 (VX Scripting) is easier than RGSS (XP Scripting), but importing characters and tilesets, AND creating them is so much easier to do, and I'm more of the graphical person myself, so it makes my life so much easier, although I'm a little handy at scripting... (You'll all see, I'm eventually releasing a Script Megapack when I've done with 'em all, I'll be putting the Scripts.rxwhatevermajig up for download, gonna' be really nice for some people methinks)

AH yes I am more of a graphics person myself also; and it was the first thing I noticed in RMVX. Graphics are important to me, just as important as the story. So when I saw the way things were layed out...I almost cried XD. Hey if you need any help with those scripts let me know I have been learning programming languages left and right lately, and I could probably help.
