Hello Need Help

Hi im new to the forums and having difficulty i will try to explain my problem

Say i put name input event nad the guy who plays the game changes the name so how do i put that name in the message on the top like so

Dubealex's Advanced Message System I know for sure has the function you're looking for. It uses tags to define certain functions via the Messages.

much easier but what if the i make the event input name i wont know the name so how do i put it in the message box

ok guys let me put it simply i am playing a game and in the game it calls or a name input so i input a name lets say ryu then it says "Ryu nice name" how the hell did they know i put in ryu thats all im asking

Oh right in every message you want names you specify it yourself.

it knows it because you typed the message yourself.

I only know the scrolling message system.
